Maine Vue Optics warrantees this product to be free of manufacturing and material defects. This is a non-transferable warranty and as such is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty only applies to goods purchased in the USA and to those who have registered their product by filling out the product registration card provided in the product packaging and returning same within 60 days of purchase. Maine Vue Optics will repair or replace this product after concluding that the defect is a result of manufacturing or material defects. In the event that Maine Vue Optics decides to replace the product and the product is no longer available a substitute of equal or greater value will be transferred. This warranty does not cover damages such as abuse, misuse, or attempted modification or repair. No implied warranty of this product is extended. Any implied warranty is limited to that required by local state law. Maine Vue Optics is not liable for incidental or consequential damages such as monetary, or commercial losses. Products should be returned postage prepaid to: Maine Vue Optics Please include a note with the product explaining the nature of the problem, and a registration card if one has not been previously provided. Also, Maine Vue Optics requires a check or money order of $10 to cover freight costs. As defined by law, this is a limited warranty. An unconditional Lifetime Warranty may be obtained for this product by providing a check or money order for $35 for the warranty registration. For unconditional Lifetime Warranty coverage please send products, prepaid freight, to the same address with a check or money order for $10 to cover return freight costs.
